I have big plans that 2012 will be a very productive year.

Inside:

• Move furnace up to attic
• Insulation in the attic
• Refresh, repair, re-glaze, and re-trim all the windows
• Finish guest bedroom

Outside:

• Courtyard and herb garden
• Bees!
• Spruce up the curb appeal a bit
• Modifications to veggie garden
• Play set and metal frame gone
• Continue working on building up soil health

Bonus Points:

• living room bead board out and drywall replaced/repaired
• built in cabinets in living room and/or dining room
• fireplace and mantle replacement
• design a back yard master plan
• replace fence
